My response about this almost cheap ( you can get this with around Rp. 850.000,00 to Rp. 995.000,00 depends on where you buy them ) carrier is so far so good, you can loaded it up with your sleeping bag, some foods, spare clothes, jacket, and raincoat and still can move fluently because you don’t have to carrying a big – tall carrier that looks exactly like a small refrigerator. For a small distance and short duration, this carrier is a right choice. It’s light, small and strong enough. The soulders section is build from some rubber mesh and foam, and the strap is made from same material too, for a mid-low carrier, this carrier feels good and make me cozy enough for some difficult movement, such as cimbing or crawling. The weight distribution, will balanced if you get it properly fitted. The fabric is moderate quality. The rainproof packcover is a nice extra, hidden in a pouch at the top, but watch out for adjustable straps, it is have no well built quality, the plastic material is frail and potential to be troublesome in the middle of the journey, but overall, the material is OK value for the price.
The durability of this carrier is good, for almost one year of use, and was used to travel around many mountain, there is no caught zipper, torn seams, or rags as far as eye can see (FYI, eiger gave 1 years guarantee for material, well eventhough it is not a 1-1 replacement, it is enough to make us calm for first years of usage).
This carrier, has 4 compartment, the first, is the largest compartment, which you can load it up with large equipment like sleeping bags, or spare clothes, this compartment ony accessible from the top, makes a little bit difficult to put out the stuff that you put on the bottom of the bag, the second, is a medium pocket on the front, the best place to store your raincoat because you can reach it with ease, the 3rd and 4th compartment is the pocket in both side, you can keep your water pocket or water bladder in there. This carrier also have an axe loop. According to eiger’s claim, this carrier is waterproof  not breathable, the bottom of the carrier is mixed with some material that can store water for some long time, with 2.0 litres capacity, this carrier can be used for bucket substitution. But,note same thing happen for the top material, it is not too waterproof, light to medium rain can cause it to wet, even get wet to inside, Rain cover does not stop 100% of the water getting through in really heavy rain which makes the bag soggy, best to line the inside of your bag with a waterproof bag of some sort (garbage bag works as a cheap option).
A 35 litres capacity may not suit for everyone, but there’s some sort of pople who want to make they equipment light enough to move and enjoy the scenery without sacrifice safety factor, it is called ultralight hiking, as your pack has gotten lighter and lighter, you’ll experienced the direct result of shedding pounds. No longer are you focusing on the soreness of your shoulders and back. They say that every pound that you wear on your feet is equal to carrying five pounds on your back. Because you will carrying less weight, you can wear lightweight trail runners instead of heavy boots. It’s a wonderful cycle. See a cool ridge that’s off in the distance? Heading off-trail to check out the view no longer seems like a chore. Stopping for rest becomes easier when you don’t have to off-load and pick up a heavy, cumbersome pack. This carrier is a cheap solution for those who want to buy a small capacity of carrier, but, for someone who want to bring as much as possible food, the advanced mountain climbers, or they who want to stay in the outdoor for some day or weeks, this carrier is not for them.
The good : Small, light, the design is comfort and weight distribution is good, cheap solution for those who first tries to climb the mountain or those who want to try an ultralight hiking
The bad : The capacity is small and it is not for everyone, some materials are frail and potential to make problems, the rain cover not too well waterproofed

Hope it Helps.
